The single axis servo manipulator is suitable for the finished products and outlet of 50-700 ton horizontal injection molding machines. The arm type has single cut type and double cut type; the upper and lower stroke is driven by the cylinder from 650-1300mm. The transverse axis is standard AC servo motor drive.
The upper,the lower and the pulling parts are driven by the cylinder,and the cost is saved.
The upper and lower shafts of the finished arm can be driven by AC servo motors according to requirements,and the extraction efficiency in the mold can be increased.It can increase 20%-30%capacity, reduce the bad rate of products, ensure the safety of operators, and reduce labor.
The transverse axis is driven by AC servo motor. Use cylinder drivers up and down.The upper,upper and lower arms are imported with high rigid rail. The pull and top use of light,high rigidity aluminum alloy extrusion and linear bearing , can achieve high speed, small vibration, long service life.
